Jason's client was charged with one count of Attempted Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and one count of Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct arising out of an alleged incident at a high school house party. In researching the case, Jason noted a number of inconsistencies among the statements taken by law enforcement from people at the party. At trial, Jason highlighted these inconsistencies for the jury, and further expanded on them during his cross-examinations.

Jason's client was charged with one count of Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct after an alleged incident that occurred in a college dorm room. The seriousness of the charge carried with it the potential for Jason's client to spend several years of his young life in prison.
Jason carefully studied the multiple statements law enforcement took from the alleged victim, as well as statements from both his client and other witnesses. Jason noted key inconsistencies between the statements and, during trial, highlighted these differences to the jury. During closing arguments, Jason physically demonstrated the encounter as described by the alleged victim to show the improbability of the alleged conduct. The jury returned a not guilty verdict.
Jason's questioning and arguments at trial led to an acquittal that saved his client from ever serving a day in prison. Jason's client is also immediately eligible to have all records of this case expunged (sealed).
