Since graduating from the University of St. Thomas Law School, Jason Migala has earned a reputation for being an aggressive defender of people who find themselves on the wrong side of the law. Representing the interests of the criminally accused has been the focus of Jason’s practice since he launched Migala Law Office over thirteen years ago. Jason has represented clients in all types of cases, ranging from simple speeding tickets to homicide.

Jason is known not only for his negotiation skills, but also for taking cases to trial, and winning, if his clients aren’t offered a favorable result. Over the course of hundreds of trials, Jason has won not guilty verdicts in numerous cases, including criminal sexual conduct cases, domestic violence cases, drug cases, even attempted murder cases.

Kelsey Maas

I am a local, having resided in the St. Cloud area my entire life.

I have a bachelor’s in psychology from St. Cloud State University. I graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2022. I worked throughout law school and enjoy staying busy.

I have been with Migala Law Office since 2021 where I interned as a certified student attorney and represented parents in child protection cases. Now, as a licensed attorney in the state of Minnesota, I continue to represent parents in child protection cases in addition to representing individuals charged with a crime. I have a passion for helping others.

When I am not working, I can usually be found at the gym, going for a run, riding my horse, or playing with my two dachshunds.
